1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Urban Eagle Eye, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Eligibility: If you are under the age of 18, you must use this service under the supervision and with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. License and Restrictions
Limited License: The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the game.
- Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the game experience.
- Engage in account trading or currency purchasing through unauthorized third-party channels.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate warning, suspension, or permanent ban of your account without liability to the Company.
4. Virtual Items and Purchases
All virtual currency, items, or other digital content provided within the game have no real-world monetary value. Unless mandated by applicable law, all in-app purchases (IAP) made through official channels (e.g., App Store, Google Play) are final and non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the game, including but not limited to artwork, music, sound effects, level designs, text, and code, is the exclusive property of SINGAPORE UNIVERSE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:
- Device incompatibility, network delays, or interruptions.
- Content or links provided by third-party advertising platforms.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Dispute Resolution: For disputes arising from international users, the parties agree to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.
